Questions about buying
Who counts as a user?
Everyone who makes or runs quizzes. One who only manages the people, such as a head teacher, takes no place. The players never count.
How do we pay?
By invoice, a year at a time, to be paid within 30 days. Order here, and we send the invoice and the account within a working day.
Can we change plan?
Yes. Write to us, and we change it.
What happens after a year?
We get in touch before the year is out. If you stop, the account goes on as a free one, with all your quizzes.
Do the players need accounts?
No. They go to the address on the screen, write the code and a name. Nothing is kept about them but the name and the points.
Where is our data?
On Solecraft's own servers in Sweden. Mail goes out through Postmark; nothing else leaves the service, and the quizzes are yours.
